WELCOME TO YADSA
YORK AREA DOWN SYNDROME ASSOCIATION

The York Area Down Syndrome Association provides support, education, fellowship, and encouragement to families and friends who have a loved one with Down Syndrome. We meet on a monthly basis, maintain a lending library, and also provide services to support and encourage parents of newborns with Down Syndrome. Informative guest speakers and video presentations are offered periodically. Annual activities include a summer activity, holiday party, and the annual Buddy Walk. Please see our calendar for more upcoming events!

Monthly meetings are held at Tumbletown/West Manchester Mall. Please enter through the yellow entrance located next to the front of WalMart. Meetings will be the 3rd Saturday of every month from 9:00am to 10:00 am. The kids can play and there is a room where the parents can gather. Playtime will be funded by YADSA for children with Down Syndrome and their siblings. We hope to see you there.

Save the Date!! For our 2010 6th Annual Buddy Walk on October 9th at Lehr Park in Dover!  Come join the fun!!  Registration and donations will be starting in July.
